MEET COACH AHALYA
Coach Ahalya coaches executives and leaders of startups and forward-thinking companies. She focuses on helping leaders be more effective at having difficult conversations; influencing those whom they previously struggled to engage; and inspiring their teams to produce better results. Ahalya has 12 years of experience in organizational development and executive coaching. She is a Forbes contributor on the topic of leadership; has spoken and coached at Google and the Watermark Conference for Women in Silicon Valley; and her web show has gained an international following with over a million views. Ahalya’s career path is unique – by her mid-20s, she had led dozens of executive team sessions and trainings and became a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute. With a passion for developing visionary young leaders, Ahalya moved from Toronto to San Francisco to work with Silicon Valley’s startup executives and leaders, after calling it quits on a coaching app she worked on for a year. Ahalya graduated from the Ivey School of Business in Canada and is an active member of the International Coaches Federation – SF Bay Area Chapter.
